I survived my first Cali Earthquake

Breaking News!

No one got hurt and no damage is reported in a moderate earthquake in California. http://www.cnn.com/2008/US/07/29/earthquake.ca/index.html

It is funny how the press tries to sell stuff. I was eating lunch at Chipotle and they didn't even stop serving food. The line must keep going. I don't even think they spilled any more food than usual.

We are anxiously awaiting word on if my friends salt water fish tank survived the quake because it was really close to the epicenter and he hadn't strapped it down yet. I will keep you posted.
UPDATE: We can happily report no damage to the fish tank has occurred.

You could feel it very well, but it was a quick one, 20 seconds max. Chino Hills is about 30 miles east of us.

Now Julie can go home saying she survived a California earthquake. I will stay on to tackle the 7.2 that is coming in a few months. I'd tell you how I know but...
