Tyler turned three a few days ago! We celebrated by going to the park to play games and have cake and pizza. Tyler was very adamant about having a robot (which he pronounces "lobot") birthday cake. I couldn't really find any good examples on the internet, so I made up my own. Considering that most of my kitchen items are packed up, it turned out pretty cute.
After cake, I let the kids tape together boxes, cups, cardboard , buttons, pipe cleaners, etc. to design their own robot. Emma, Laura, and Tyler's turned out to be taller then Tyler.
