My L.A. Acting Debut

My agent finally landed me a big deal! Just kidding. Our stake is putting on the Music Man. I am going to be one of the pick-a-little ladies. The last time I was in a real play I was 18 and could sing about an octave higher. Ten years later, I feel downright geriatric with all of these teenagers doing lifts and leaps around me. Apparently being 28 and having three children means you have one foot in the grave in the acting world. I will just have to comfort myself with my really cool costume. If I was really a famous actress, I would go get a face lift about now.

So if anyone is interested in seeing a very amateur production of the Music Man, the shows are July 24-26 at 7 with matinées on Friday and Saturday at 2. You can call me if you have any questions or need directions.
