A couple of nights ago Tyler decided to go on one of his stay up all night because I can tirades. We would put him in bed and he would immediately start wandering the apartment. He would always kill some time before coming into our room and stealthily climb into bed.
Finally close to midnight when he climbed in I said, "So Tyler, do you think Mom is going to let you stay in the bed?"
"Yeah"
"Do you you think Dad is going to let you stay in the bed?"
"No"
Am I the mean one or do I stick to my guns? Hard to say, but I know he is more tenacious than us. He just waits until we are asleep and then crawls on in. I woke up to him breathing in my face.

Hopefully, Tyler won't still be crawling in your bed at 7 years old like Bryce. Bryce must time it when we are both snoring heavily before he sneaks in and takes over the whole bed with Krea and I clinging to the edges trying not to fall out. We are too out of it to wake up enough to make him go back to his bed. We got him a new double bed and he is doing better at staying in his own bed all night. Apparently a twin bed wasn't enough for him to sprawl out on.
