I now get to experience what I had previously avoided... the dreaded LA commute. I had been living a few miles away from the Lab and never had to fight traffic to get to and from work. I was spoiled and I readily admit it.
Now I am driving over an hour each way and getting the full experience... fun times. At least I don't have to mess with the 5, 405, or 101. Those seem to always get ugly.
